Q1: How long do I have to return an item?
A: Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
Q2: What is required for an item to be eligible for return?
A: The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging. You must also include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Q3: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, you are responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. If you receive a refund, the original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.
Q4: Can I get a refund on sale items?
A: Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
Q5: What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
A: We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. Please email us at burrisc8@gmail.com to arrange the exchange for the same item.
Q6: I haven't received my approved refund yet. What should I do?
A: Please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, and then your bank, as processing times vary. If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us at Clothinganaccessoriesline@gmail.com.
