Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy below carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Proof of Purchase: We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.


2. The Return Process

Important Notes:

  • Manufacturer: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Late Returns: Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

B. Return Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount.

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


3. Refunds (If Applicable)

A. Inspection and Approval

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on our inspection.

B. Processing the Refund

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, etc.), within a certain amount of business days.

C. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check Your Bank: First, check your bank account again.

  2. Contact Credit Card Company: Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact Your Bank: Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

D. Sale Items

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded.

  • Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.


4. Exchanges (If Applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • Note on Shipping Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


5. Gifts

  • Gifted Directly: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • Gift Giver Ship-to: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
